There are moments in music history that transcend the stage — evenings so charged with emotion, artistry, and meaning that they become part of the cultural memory of a generation. Celine Dion in Paris 2026-2027 is one of those moments. After years away from the stage, the world’s most celebrated soprano returns to the city that holds a singular place in her heart for a landmark residency at Paris La Défense Arena.

At Carsons Travel Concierge, we believe the finest travel is always built around exceptional experiences. We are delighted to help you secure your place at this once-in-a-lifetime event — and to design every detail of your Paris stay around it.

All performances begin at 19:30. Celine Dion will take the stage on the following evenings:

On the evening of 30 March 2026 — her own birthday — Celine Dion filmed a deeply personal announcement beneath the lights of the Eiffel Tower, confirming her return to live performance. Her message to fans was as warm and direct as the voice the world has missed: “This year, I’m getting the best birthday gift of my life… I’m getting the chance to see you, to perform for you once again in Paris.”

The response was extraordinary. More than nine million fans entered a lottery for early ticket access. All 16 shows sold out within hours.

What makes this residency so significant is not simply the scale of the event — it is the story behind it. In December 2022, Celine Dion revealed her diagnosis with stiff person syndrome, a rare and progressive neurological condition that affects muscle control and vocal capacity. The Courage World Tour was cancelled. Many wondered if she would ever perform again.

In July 2024, she silenced every doubt. Standing atop the Eiffel Tower at the opening ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympics, she delivered a breathtaking rendition of L’Hymne à l’amour, her voice clear, powerful, and utterly present. It was not merely a performance — it was a declaration. Now, in autumn 2026, she brings that same spirit to 16 full concerts in the city that first embraced her.

The concerts are held at Paris La Défense Arena in Nanterre, Europe’s largest indoor venue with a capacity of over 40,000 seats. Known for extraordinary acoustics and a stage production that befits the world’s most celebrated artists — from Taylor Swift to the Rolling Stones — this arena provides a setting entirely worthy of Celine’s return.

The production itself is overseen by Willo Perron, one of the world’s most respected creative directors in large-scale arena performance. The setlist will draw from Celine’s most beloved French and English recordings — a tribute to a catalogue that has defined four decades of popular music.

1. She has sold over 250 million albums worldwide. Celine Dion is not simply one of the best-selling artists of her generation — she is one of the best-selling recording artists in history, across any genre.

2. She won Eurovision for Switzerland in 1988, aged just 19. Born in Charlemagne, Québec, Celine represented Switzerland at Eurovision and won, launching her international career. In May 2025, she delivered a message to the contest’s semifinal in Basel, marking 37 years since that victory.

3. Her Las Vegas residencies are the #1 and #2 highest-grossing residencies of all time. Between 2003 and 2019, Celine single-handedly redefined the concept of the Las Vegas residency. No artist in history has matched the commercial and artistic scale of her engagements at Caesars Palace.

4. She has earned five Grammy Awards, two Academy Awards, and 43 Félix Awards. Her Félix Awards alone — the highest honour in Québec music — reflect the extraordinary depth of affection her home province holds for her. She also received the Diamond Award at the 2004 World Music Awards, recognising her as the best-selling female artist of all time.

5. Nine million people entered a lottery just for the chance to buy tickets. The demand for this residency surpassed almost any comparable event in recent memory. All 16 dates — totalling more than 480,000 tickets — sold out within hours of going on sale.

Celine Dion performs twenty-six concerts at Paris La Défense Arena. The autumn 2026 leg runs from 12 September to 17 October, with sixteen evenings on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. A further ten concerts follow from 8 to 29 May 2027. Every performance begins at 19:30.

Twenty-six in total. The residency was announced in March 2026 with ten dates, expanded to sixteen in April after exceptional demand, and extended again in June 2026 with ten additional evenings in May 2027. It is Celine Dion’s first sustained engagement since the Courage World Tour was cancelled.

All performances begin at 19:30. Doors open earlier in the evening, and we recommend arriving well ahead. The arena holds more than 40,000 guests, and the approach from the RER and Métro fills steadily in the hour before the performance.

The sixteen autumn 2026 concerts sold out within hours of the general on-sale in April 2026. Availability now rests with official hospitality and VIP packages and with authorised resale channels. The May 2027 dates were released more recently and remain the more realistic option. We are glad to advise on what is genuinely available.

The arena stands at 99 Jardin de l’Arche in Nanterre, on the western edge of Paris beside the Grande Arche. RER A and Métro line 1 both serve La Défense, a short walk away. For our clients we arrange private transfers timed to the evening rather than to a timetable.

We almost always recommend central Paris. La Défense is a business district that empties after dark, while the Right Bank and Left Bank offer the hotels, dining and atmosphere that make the journey worth taking. A private transfer covers the distance comfortably in either direction.

The most rewarding approach is an early dinner in central Paris — the 8th arrondissement or along the Seine — followed by a private transfer to Nanterre. We reserve tables at Michelin-recognised addresses and time the evening so that dinner feels unhurried and you arrive without pressure.

Concerts of this scale typically run around two hours, ending late. With more than 40,000 guests leaving at once, public transport slows and taxi ranks lengthen considerably. A driver waiting at an agreed point is the difference between an unhurried night and an hour on a platform.

Friday and Saturday evenings carry the strongest atmosphere and the greatest demand. Wednesdays are quieter and pair well with a longer stay, leaving the weekend free for private museum visits and excursions beyond Paris. If the concert is the centrepiece of your journey, we build the itinerary around your chosen evening.

Yes. We design the complete stay: hotel and suite selection, restaurant reservations, private transfers, and a tailored Paris programme of private museum visits, atelier access and Seine excursions. Contact us with your preferred dates and we will shape the days around the evening.

An evening with Celine Dion deserves far more than a ticket and a taxi. We design the entire experience — before the concert, after it, and across your stay in Paris.

Sold-out Celine Dione 2026 ticket procurement While the general on-sale has closed, our concierge team can assist clients in sourcing verified tickets and exploring premium hospitality options.

Pre-concert dining Paris offers no shortage of refined dining within reach of La Défense Arena. We can secure a table at a Michelin-recognised restaurant in the 8th arrondissement or along the Seine — an elegant prelude to an evening of extraordinary music.

Hotel selection and suite reservations From a literary Left Bank address to a grand palace hotel on the Avenue Montaigne, we curate your accommodation to match the mood and meaning of your visit.

Tailored Paris itinerary If you are travelling to Paris specifically for the concert, we can design a full programme around your chosen date — private museum visits, exclusive atelier access, Seine excursions, and gallery appointments — so that every hour in the city feels as carefully considered as the evening itself.

Private transfers Discreet and punctual car service between your hotel and the Arena, and wherever else your itinerary takes you.

Celine Dion in Paris Autumn 2026 Concert Dates
